Mission at Windridge Consulting

Windridge Consulting is a professional hiring and coaching consultancy formed in 2001. Lindsay Colitses, talent acquisition consultant and Founder, has always been interested in the link between employee behaviors, interpersonal relationships and performance. She has worked in hiring for over a decade, using her experience and certifications to help companies find their perfect employee fit. She founded Windridge Consulting to help human resource professionals, recruiters and business leaders make confident and objective hiring and employee development decisions.

At Windridge, we work with you to identify your most skilled candidates at all levels and provide the necessary support and assessment expertise to develop your current workforce to their full potential. We accomplish this through coaching and strategic succession management practices.

Our objective is to always extend respect to both the candidate and the organization. We assess the behaviors of those coming into your organization, allowing you to raise the level of leadership, sales, customer service and management success within your organization. We also assess the behaviors of your current workforce and identify the common strengths and areas of concern specific to fit and performance.
