Lindsay Colitses has always been interested in the link between behaviors and how they influence interpersonal relationships and professional performance. She has worked in hiring and employee development for over two decades, using her talent acquisition consulting experience and certifications to help companies find their perfect employee fit.
She founded Windridge Consulting in 2001 to help human resource professionals, recruiters and business leaders make confident and objective hiring and employee development decisions.
- 2001 – Lindsay founded Windridge Consulting and was trained and certified as an Elite Winslow Research Institute Consultant, Winslow Behavioral Assessment for hiring and employee development.
- 2003 – Lindsay received her coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
- 2005 – She began working under Dr. Wendell Williams, providing the multi-tasking, business communication and attention to detail (MAT) test to her clients.
- 2010 – She transitioned into an Associate certification with Emergenetics International‘s Emergenetics Selection Profile (ESP) for Motivators and Aptitudes (MAT test).
