A Great Assessment Tool Keeps Getting Better!
A few of the Winslow Assessment system features:
Validity - Winslow Research is currently conducting their “every five year” third party validation project. This year’s validation project is the most stringent to date. The alpha coefficients will move into the .90 range which is nearly mystical.
Assessment questions will always be scrambled. This is a neat feature for retakes of positively biased assessment results (or employees who are taking the assessment every year or so for their professional development). This feature ensures that the candidate/employee has to really think during the assessment process, and this will dramatically up the validity scores.
Participants can only go back to one previous question, not all of them. This should help with the tendency of some to over think.
All the features in the Winslow Websites will function as intended, regardless of the Internet browser used by Clients and Participants.
New Group Profiles. Besides the standard Group Profile that has been available for years, you will now have the ability to create a Group Personality Traits Report, which is basically a spreadsheet with all the candidates or employees (names, traits, scores) you want to compare in one place with a Position Compatibility Summary (color coded) overlay applied to each person’s scores and the group as a whole. You can then easily identity strong or weak candidates / team members without a lot of back and forth and shuffling of paperwork. This alone is going to be extremely useful.
An “Invalid Percentage” feature was added to the Profiles In Progress page informing Users of the percentage of their participants who had to retake the Profile to get valid results.
Winslow Research now has editing capability of all content of the Profiles and Reports which facilitates making improvements and creating systems in other languages.
The Website frame on every page was re-designed and improved.
The Main Menu and Selections were re-designed and improved.
The Personality Profile page with Position Success Overlays was re-designed and significantly improved.
The Position Compatibility Summary page was re-designed and significantly improved.
The Select Group Profile Participants feature was modified to allow the selection of multiple participants at one time.
The Report pages were modified; no blue background, new type style and color, new Logo and other changes
The printing process for the Reports and all forms was changed to ensure they print properly on all printers.
A new feature was designed to enable WRI to create new PCS Positions, when and IF required.
The appearance and content (layout, outlines, background, type and color) of all Website pages were modified and enhanced.
Many Technical Functions were added giving Corporate access to and control over all aspects of the Assessment and Report processes.
The Financial Reports were modified and improved to give Corporate access to and information on all transactions.
